Yeah, I finally got an account so I can post!! I have a couple very reliable sources close to the situation. The child was shot while he was asleep in his own bed that is why he was considered targeted. Also, since I can't sleuth family members or minors I'll just reiterate that the cops have made it clear this was an isolated incident and there was no forced entry. If you have to try too hard to place an intruder inside the house then perhaps there was never an intruder or the intruder was helped into the house.

My theory has always been that there was no one in the house that wasn't supposed to be there.

Questions, Questions??
If you have fired 21 rounds of bullets, does that mean you had to reload? Or you had a gun with a replacement magazine? I don't know anything about guns. Maybe killer had 2 guns?
So far I've assumed that there was a silencer...because there has not been any statements by neighbors as to noise/gunshots that night. But that house was really big-like a fortress-so maybe neighbors wouldn't hear gunshots. But 21....that's a lot. And Did the Saches own any guns? Any thoughts?

Yes, but I was told that we couldn't sleuth family members and especially minors are off limits, so I backed off.

I personally am tending to think it was literally an inside job.

Thanks very much for the images, SanJuanMom!

Having said that, I'm on the same page as you

I was contacted by OC sherrif's office two nights ago because my name came up during their investigation. The fact that the sherrif's office has delved down to such a small fish as myself tells me they are leaving no stones unturned. Unfortunately, My wife and I could not provide anything useful other than the circumstances that led us to suing Andra. I got the inclination from the investigator's questions that they don't have a suspect(s) as of yet, but are checking everyone who had bad dealings with the Sachs and the count as of Wednesday was well over 50 clients that were disgruntled with the pair. Certain aspects of the homicide are being withheld from the public, and my only assumption is to validate any tip they receive that may have one of those omitted pieces.

BronxBrawler, thank you so much for trying to help police, even though it probably wasn't that great for you. After such a drawn out dispute where you have played completely by the book and used legal processes, it seems unfair somehow.....but I do believe in tips, co-operation with authorities and doing the right thing whenever one possibly can, so thanks!

Sometimes, wealthy people seem to unwittingly harbor people in their midst that they really should not. Or place their trust in people they shouldn't. I'm thinking of all those cases where the handyman/carer/housekeeper/son or daughter's new partner/new family friend/suddenly attentive, long-lost relative, breach all the defences and are given absolute access and trust.

And then betray it.

As far as the business aspect is concerned, my problem is that it seems Mr and Mrs Sachs dealt with reputable characters - they were the ones who seemed to behave disreputably in business. And killing them would likely have damaged any chances of retrieving any lost money, I think. So maybe this is a case of just looking for someone who is in line to gain from their deaths?

*I am not seeking to criticize victims of murder here, but feel it would be foolish not to acknowledge that the victims had severe and repeated business problems over the years, for which they must surely have some responsibility.

Hope it's okay, the pics came out sideways for me so I put them together and rotated them here.

Thank you very much ZWeibel for the positive words. My wife and I spoke to the investigator out of our respect and value for life. My conscious is my reverent witness and if another tragedy happened to someone else in that community at the hands of the same perpetrator(s) because of my refusal to cooperate with the authorities due to my disdain for Andra, I would not be able to carry that load to my death bed.

Money is like the snakes charmer's clarinet. If you get to a point that money consumes your very existence and degrades one's God given gift to be fundamentality decent towards other, that hypnotic trance will inevitably numb the senses of "fight or flight" to the point of false invincibility.

Frankly, I'm not concerned about the monies owed to my family by Andra because the price she paid is final and absolute, yet the very same object that she adored more than life as the Queen of Green, took it from her with the covertness of a carbon monoxide lullaby.

Good morning everyone,

Just received the below rebuttal on the RipOff Report I had submitted on Andra. Just as an FYI.

#1 REBUTTAL Owner of company
The Truthful Facts
AUTHOR: Mustang Sally - ()
SUBMITTED: Sunday, February 23, 2014

These two people had good and evil , just like any of us. Perhaps they struggled with it, but they did not deserve to die such a brutal, senseless killing. Maybe some jailtime, to have humility restored and perhaps some restitution. Their time was coming when it all would crash. This killing, I feel was the work of an insane individual. Someone who snapped , maybe by reading rip off reports was fueled into this rage. Maybe the work of a hitman, maybe a neighbor, maybe a hate crime from a neo nazi jeolous of the rich jews, perhaps the kids who missed their mother who sits in a russian jail, just wanting to get legal help to free her, maybe the oldest sibling whom wanted to come to America and Ms. Sachs couldn't handle having another child, maybe jeoulosy from another sibling, maybe the Flashcom partner's who got nothing when they expected millions. Play the stockmarket, you lose, no refunds. Maybe the mexican land deal that went sour, the possibilities are many.

These two people had the guts and strength to battle the adversity. The courts were just small hurdles. I mourn their loss greatly. These two were just sloppy business people, lazy landlords tired of the renters manipulations. Their numerous business names were created to protect them from these predatory lawsuit filers, lawyers, opportunists, IRS abuses. In retrospect, they need sympathy now, I regret the previous commentary. Not many have the inner strength my cousin exhibited. I learned from my cousin to hold my head high in times of adversity, I admired her greatly for her strength . I will miss her .

RIP My Baby Cousin

Respond to this report! What's this?

I daresay that Mustang Sally is not the same cousin (or титул) as Cinderella. imo.
