A 19 year old could only clear the history. LASD had computer forensics check it by removing hard drive and analyzing it. Not to say that they missed something but I think it was checked thoroughly.

However, I will be sending it to another expert when we get it back

So in other words, it's as if it's been intentionally wiped out, as opposed to just nothing relevant to indicate where Bryce might be.

And so glad to hear you guys are not settling for what LASD alone is telling you, but going to send it off for further attempts at professional data recovery!

Thank you so much for updating us here! We really appreciate it!

is it just me or does the path/ track running down from the cell tower location look like it has seen traffic of some sort previously? It looks to be a little more 'used' than a one time roll down the hill. The ground cover/brush appears more beat up/matted than from just Bryce's vehicle passing over....is it possible in the headlights it gave impression of being passable?

Is there any information about specifically *where* "out of the park" means?
Anyway to show it on a map?
Was this near the lower lagoon? The parking lot driveway going into the lower picnic areas? The Main Ramp Rd area? Soooo confusing!

Sorry for all the questions posted, but if you answer any, this is the most critical for me as it relates to finding Bryce! Thank you!

This is where the scent ends

It could be from the hundreds, if not thousands of people there for Labor Day weekend, or from previous searches.

I didn't say that the info we received stated it was wiped out, I said they found no information relating to what happened to Bryce
Just to clarify.

I hardly take NO for an answer. lol

This is where the scent ends

Thank you, thank you, thank you! If there is anything you can expand on this, it would be helpful. Like where the scent went prior to this. This is much further down than I would have anticipated.

I cant add attachment. Basically from car, over dam, and down to where scent ends

So the path he took from the dam to where the scent ends - I'm assuming that has been searched extensively? In case of any doubling back?

@ dragracerz: Can you confirm that there was a spider web crack in windshield? TIA

After seeing this it seems more logical to me that someone may have picked Bryce up.

Exactly what I was thinking.

Another thing I wanted to mention was that this doesn't look like a place someone would hide to sleep. During the day I thought possibly but I waited till it got dark to be sure. What I think happened was that he was looking for a place to sleep and started to go up that road. It's a very narrow 2 lane road, lake Hughes rd then realized there was no where good to park. At night that turn off looks like nothing honestly. You can't even tell that it's a road. He has a big car and uturning wasn't possible so he could easily have gone in there to turn around the tower and his car couldn't make it around the gate.

By the way there is no opening in the gate. Even if the gates were open there's no way a car could get in there.

KlassKids is Marc Klaas group. They are managing the search on 10/19-10/20

They will do whatever they think is necessary

Yes, thanks I'm fully aware of Marc Klaas and KlaasKids. I have been following cases he has been involved with for many years. I remember the day when his sweet daughter Polly was kidnapped, and found murdered. Sad day for Marc. He is a wonderful man and fights so hard for the causes he believes in. Great group to be helping your family out.

What is your opinion as to why he went there twice?

Okay - I just put an arrow on the pic that shows the location. But WS is acting up & not letting me attach anything right now.

Thank you very much. That spot looks close to the area dragracerz told us the vehicle landed. Just making sure I understood. The pic gives a broader more detailed image of the immediate ramp area due to the highfalutin camera that was probably used to take it.

Where exactly is the camera located that showed Bryces care passing a few times?

Is the place the scent ended near a road? I can't tell.

I wonder if there are any accident reports of other cars or trucks rolling in the same spot.
