I wonder if she was lying on the tracks with the intention of suicide or by accident (e.g. drugs, placed there unconscious by someone).

Thinking about the lettering tattoo... is it possible that the two on the edges that extend higher and lower (Lilly and Kalec?) are parents and the four in the middle are children? Kind of makes sense in a way imo with the Om at the bottom framing it, or connecting them.

I thought Lilly and Kalee plus Troy Harry and Nick. Reading vertically. I cant make out the second name/word though

Yeah, the second one makes no sense to me, and I can see the last one as Kalec, Kalei, or Kalee.

I just spent some time staring at this tattoo of hers. I see a woman's body, but not sure what's around it. Bear with me as I describe what I see. Original tatt on the bottom for reference, drawn up one on top (Duh. LOL). Disclaimer - I watch a lot of horror movies. lol

Red arrow is pointing to her hand, complete with fingers, thumb on top, slender wrist, arm, and shoulder.

Yellow arrows point to her breast(s?). I also see the curve of her left hip. I can't figure out what that object is below her hip. It looks like a thread puller to me (see bottom). Red circle looks like either a mermaid tail, or a butterfly facing away from the woman. Blue arrows from top to bottom I see dark hair, eyes (one across horizontally from the one I'm pointing to) and mouth. The green arrow points to wings. It doesn't look like an angel to me. More a spirit. Get to that in a minute. The purple arrow points to the head of the spirit around the eye area. As for the lime green arrows (on either side of the red arrow) that looks like tattered clothing that a spirit wears. Or, the upper one could be part of the wings. See the bottom of this post for what I mean by tattered spirit clothing.

So, to me, it looks like a nude woman is being carried away by a spirit.

I feel like rather she was hit by the train or not is crucial information to have… being hit by the train could indicate FP or suicide. Just laying in the tracks however imo would be more suicide or intoxication.

It's already been stated upthread that she was hit by a commuter train.
