We don't know Cecile's membership status, right? As far as Sunburst community. And we don't know where her apartment was, I believe. We do know about the arms with the organization, and we know where the car was recovered (which also gives me pause).
To me, Cecile has a pretty strong resemblance to Jane Doe Castleberry Kate/AZ. Cecile on left, Castleberry Kate on right:
She was found by construction workers in a shallow grave in a vacant lot near Riverside Drive and Castleberry Lane in Bullhead City, Arizona. She is believed to have died 2-10 years before she was discovered in 1989. 17-19yo, 5'5" to 5'9"To me, these two women resemble one another. Bullhead City AZ is about five and a half hours to Santa Barbara.

Also, the woman found at Camp Pendleton. Est 4'11" to 5'5", 16-25yo, they have no idea when she died. The remains were found Jan 1982. Perhaps the killer was familiar with the base/area following a military stint, maybe service in Vietnam, or maybe the killer was just a hiker who'd been out there. Camp Pendleton is about two to three hours from Santa Barbara.

Also #UP60116 found in eastern desert region of Kern County, found April 1985, they have no idea when this woman died. Est 5'0" to 5'3". It's probably a two-hour+ drive between east Kern & Santa Barbara locations.
