Well - I don't know what happened in this case - the latest article I can find it from 2017. And I 'thought' there was a trial back in June since he had consecutive hearing dates.

Now the Tulare jail site shows a date in September. Found guilty? And maybe his sentencing date?

Anyone reading here - can you access the Tulare County court site? All I have access to is the jail site - and it doesn't say much. HOPING it is a sentencing date as Cecelia has waited too long for justice!!

The Tulare County District Attorney's Office announced that a jury found Francisco Valdivia guilty on July 2 of first-degree murder and felony arson in connection with the death of his wife, Cecilia Cabrera. He is scheduled to be sentenced on Sept. 25 and faces life in prison.
