Was just reading this article about MPs in Butte County, CA:

which led to this PDF file of all of Butte County's current MPs:

which is where I found (on Page 6) Charles Paxton Anderson, about whom I could find nothing on any other MP website. Sorry, no photo available.
Charles was 5'8" tall and weighed 150 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes.
He was last seen leaving his home on the night of May 22/23; he had borrowed a friend's pickup truck and it was later found high-centered on some rocks off Highway 32 east of Humboldt Road. Blood and holes from a shotgun blast were found in the cab of the truck, but Charles was not. He has not been seen or heard from since and, needless to say, foul play is suspected.
