So the neighbor heard someone “moaning in pain” for hours and hours and just listened to it? Did nothing? Nice. I’m sure they were scared of these guys, but still I don’t know how anyone could just sit back and not call 911. Period.

These guys nearly succeeded in getting away with making it look like junkies, but they made the mistake of 2 hospital drops in one night. The LAPD wouldn't have bothered looking into it as homicide otherwise. Got to wonder how many times before these guys have done this. Hopefully LE can bust this case wide open.

You're so right about that, when in the depths of addiction like horse or other opiates, the person looks and feels like death warmed over. ...We know from her mum that Christy wasn't shy about doing coke, but a former bf od'd on heroin/fentanyl, so she stayed away from that junk.

Many women and men in their late teens / early 20s go clubbing and party. I did it - tiny little outfits even in the middle of winter, out all night, either listening to bands or on the dance floor. It's all part of the normal rutting stage of life! People ought to be safe to do this, without worry from predators.

Yes, there's probably something deeper here, and thanks to this tragedy, the LAPD is looking into similar OD deaths for connections.

It's really strange, but those guys dumped Christy with her phone outside the hospital. Is it that it looks less sinister if it's just an accidental OD or is it just plain arrogance? The phone is what ID'd Christy and her location. From the Independent:

[Christy's mum, DLG,] explained how her son-in-law was able to track the movements of her daughter's phone via a location-sharing device, which the pair had set up for safety reasons. He knew that she was at an address in West Hollywood following the Soho House party and knows she was dropped at the Southern California Hospital in Culver City some 10-12 hours later.

Ms Giles got the news that her daughter was at the hospital when her son-in-law, who was in San Fransisco for the weekend, was desperately trying to reach his wife all day following the party, and he noticed that the location of her phone had moved from West Hollywood to the Culver City hospital.

“He then immediately called the Culver City hospital. All they would do was confirm she was a patient in their emergency room. He then immediately called me. I’m a registered nurse. I spoke to them – I knew what they needed,” said Ms Giles.

“They told me that ‘this was not normal for them, and that three unidentified men had dropped her lifeless body on the sidewalk’ and when her husband called they thought it could be one of them calling back and they weren’t giving any information out. ...

I was paywalled but reloaded the page and then I wasn't. The article doesn't say much we don't already know, beyond LAPD looking into similar cases. The LAPD update comes from NBC LA Nov 18.

There's another Independent article, free to read, from Nov 19, that includes an interview with Giles's mother, Dusty Leslie Giles.

“These men had my daughter’s body for over 10-12 hours. There’s no way my daughter would have spent 10-12 hours with unknown men,” she said, speculating that something more sinister was at play.

“I think that once they knew that [Christy and Hilda] had called an Uber and started to leave they subdued them, the only way to subdue my daughter would be to drug her or tie her up against her will. ...

I think they did sexual things to my daughter’s body and to Hilda. They had plenty of time to clean her up and drop her lifeless body at the hospital.”...

This US SUN piece, Nov 19, which includes interviews of neighbors of the apt where the two women spent the day, lends credibility to DLG's theory that the women were kept alive all day and abused:

The local resident, who asked not to be identified, told The Sun: “I heard someone moaning in pain for five, six or seven hours, all day on Saturday from [the guy's] apartment.

“I was wondering what it was because there are always very loud noises coming from that apartment. ...

Another neighbor, Joseph Nikravsh, 75, told The Sun: “A lot of people are upset with him already [apt renter], there are a lot of problems.

“He makes a lot of noise and there are always people coming and going from his place.”

Also included is a 2009 pic of the apt renter, with <modsnip> star Ron Jeremy, while attending the premier of the One-Eyed Monster. The ref to RJ is to bolster DLG's theory of hours of SA before dumping the women. Birds of a feather. It is not to imply RJ was involved.



MOO: Pornographers who drug and film unsuspecting victims. The apt renter is named by neighbors and the Sun, but the Sun also notes that LAPD haven't named him a POI yet, so I don't think we can here?

The apt they were at before being dumped - what, why? (we unofficially know the renter's name, location, time window, but nothing else concrete)

10+ hours of ??? From the last text until the hospital dump. Who moaned in pain throughout the day? Were they kept sedated or roofied?
Inconclusive autopsy - what will further tests show, if anything?
Toxicology report still in process - will C's show heroin, as Hilda's did?
Waiting on rape kit results...

After reading articles I see Hilda IS an architect. Extremely talented young lady. I have hope because she has brain activity. If she survives which I've been praying she does it'll be a tough road, but miracles happen.

Gonna pray she can pick back up on that design company and use her talent.

When you neglect to get medical help for not one but two people ODing in your apt, isn't that enough to charge you with manslaughter? If they've drugged and dumped before, but the women were still warm bodied and breathing, aren't these men a threat to other women out there? What is LE sitting on here, a bigger operation?

I think so. I swear every case on WS gets a dark web link, merited or not, but this is the first case where I do think the dark web can legit play a role here. Although it doesn't even have to be that dark, many legitimate sites that host user uploaded content have genres where women pretend to be tortured or asleep or both. They've been in trouble a lot for not making sure that the women have given their consent, and have been exposed for hosting under age women or revenge without checking.

At a minimum, if you drug someone to rape them or even kidnap them to molest them, and they die, it should be felony murder.

The 3rd friend in the trio, who left the main party early, spoke to DM. From her account of the night, what went down is exactly the MO of He Who Can't Be Named as a POI yet. He weasels his way in, pretending to be a connected player, and then slithers out with his next victim(s).

A third woman who went with them to the party spoke exclusively to DailyMail.com, revealing the moment their night took a turn from carefree to filled with danger.

The friend, who asked not to be named, saw four men in their 40s and a woman arrive, talk their way into a VIP area at the event and begin hugging strangers as if they knew them...

The friend, who remained sober that night, left with her cousin about an hour after the men arrived. She would never speak to her two friends again...

The friend said she noticed four men and one woman who entered the party and ‘didn't seem to belong’...

‘They actually were able to make it to the restricted staff area where we were without proper bracelets. And later we found out that they'd told multiple people at the event that they work for another artist who had a big concert earlier that night. But that's a lie...

‘They were able to weasel themselves into that area, they must have been there for maybe about 30 minutes or so until somebody noticed they didn't have the right wrist bands and kicked them out. But I had already left by that point...

There is brief mention of He Who Is Not a POI yet, and how previous victims contacted Christy/Hilda's mutual friend Sandy. Why doesn't the press interview these women?
