I saw something interesting in the indictment. It says that they influenced others to help them cover up their crime. I want to know what that was about.

Specifically:

induced others to participate in the commission of the crime or occupied a position of leadership or dominance of other participants in it’s commission...

im jazzed that the bio dads law suit may have opened up better info. i just hope their lil bodies can be found and laid to rest respectfully after the disrespect they lived through. TWO kids, you killed BOTH of them!!!

Is there an arrest affidavit after jury indictment? I'm genuinely curious as I don't know this process.

Without knowing for sure, it seems highly likely that the other children who were living with the Wests were witnesses to much, and were probably threatened and coerced as well. I am so sorry that they may have had to endure this, and most likely their testimony in some shape or form..took place in front of the Grand Jury.

I am reminded of sweet Jhessye Shockley, 5 years old. Murdered by her mother, while other children in the home were present. Jhessye's body was never found either, and yet a successful trial put her murderer behind bars ( again)....after a Grand Jury indictment. Jhessye's siblings were instrumental in/ with their testimony.

The similarities overlap, in that the mothers (parents) all used their other children in their attempted cover-ups. That cruelty alone is mind boggling to me.

One thing I don't understand in this indictment document is that it specifically states they murdered Orson, but the word murdered is not used when referencing Orrin. Anyone?

Yes, cruel domestic abuse to force the other children to lie for them. What about the grandparents? Weren't they also forced to lie by adoptive parents as well?
