Third? Surely it's the fourth?

My own opinion, is what friends and family did these kids have? Their biological mother mistreated them so badly her parental rights were terminated. The adoptive parents were even worse. And even the adoptive grandparents were evasive on answering questions about timeline information.

What friends did these boys have? No one cared enough to even verify they were alive for months.
