John Doe #31-94, a White male, was found near some power lines. Identity may only be established with dental X-rays and DNA (refer to CODIS #BK-08-000852). Possible comparison with "smiling photographs" (showing teeth). Full-body X-rays available, but head view is lateral only (after autopsy).

On the thread for Monte S., a 28-year-old male missing from Sacramento in 1992, someone suggested this John Doe. This Doe isn't listed under Monte's exclusions. I don't know if he has been automatically ruled-out by DNA.
