John Doe #31-94, a White male, was found near some power lines. Identity may only be established with dental X-rays and DNA (refer to CODIS #BK-08-000852). Possible comparison with "smiling photographs" (showing teeth). Full-body X-rays available, but head view is lateral only (after autopsy).

6'2 and weighed 153lb, with straight brown hair and an unknown eye colour. Found wearing a multicoloured plaid long-sleeve flannel shirt, red T-shirt, light blue jeans, black and white jockey underwear, white socks. Size 11 white Converse shoes. There is no postmortem or reconstructions of this victim.
