does anyone think that its possible that while it is beyond dispute that Dana was in Gilroy, that Joel Radovcich had someone in the house as a kind of "security" to make sure nothing went awry or at the very least to be a getaway driver. They actually interviewed some of the jurors after the trial and many of them said something to the extent that they thought Jack Ponce (who cracked under pressure and ratted them out) was in the house as a backup of sorts.

I don't think that was necessary for backup and i don't think Ponce was there. The crime scene was pristine and that is hard to do. Dana was the kind of son any family should fear. The fact he has to think about what could have been every day is much better than death.
