Missing Person Bulletin

The Twin Peaks Sheriff’s Station has issued a Bulletin for a Missing Person. Dawn Michelle Sinclair is a white female adult (WFA) with a date of birth of 01-10-76. She is 5’2″, weighs 180 pounds, hand has brown hair and green eyes.

According to the Bulletin, on 04-26-20, Sinclair told family members she wanted to harm herself because she had just killed her daughter. Deputies located her daughter and confirmed she was unharmed. Sinclair left her residence in a Gray 2007 Toyota 4 Runner bearing California License Plate 3WCV888. Sinclair is currently off her medication for a mental disorder and her current whereabouts are unknown.
