SACRAMENTO, Calif. -- Sacramento County deputies shot and killed a man in front of a school bus full of students as he tried to escape custody, according to authorities.
The shooting happened at 3 p.m. on Elverta Road at El Verano Avenue.
The students also said that the man was hit in the neck with a Taser gun, and then he tried to take a deputy's car. That's when he was shot, they said.
