The MP is a transient who was last seen on the evening of 11/02/1997 at approximately 2200 hours. She was "dumpster diving" with a fellow friend. The friend claims he got into the dumpster to retrieve something and when he got out, LOEWEN was no where to be found. She has not been seen or heard from since.

Details of Disappearance
Loewen was last seen at 10:00 p.m. on November 2, 1997 in Sacramento, California. She was transient at the time of her disappearance and was last seen looking in dumpsters with a friend.

Her friend says he went into one of the dumpsters and when he came out, Loewen was gone. She has never been heard from again. Few details are available in her case.

I have nothing against her but I have the impression that the friend acted violently or that she was a drug addict who was carried away by someone else voluntarily or by force.

She wasn't homeless....she left behind 3 kids and has grandchildren of which 1 granddaughter is named after her. This was my Aunt who was married to my uncle.
