Yes she was. Supposedly it was reported that she had been in Santa Barbara at a wedding and needed to complete the bulletin Sunday morning.

The wedding hasn't been co-orberated.

I still feel like Granada Hills Jane Doe is Dixie, though I don't see any way to prove it.

As her father says in The Charley Project, she assumes that someone followed her since she got off her car and kidnapping ... in the struggle her glasses fell ... This case does not even have suspicious validated by authority ...
