• Distinguishing Marks/Features: Has a deformity of both ears called "cauliflower ear". Scar on forehead. His adenoids have been removed.
• Clothing & Personal Items: Gray T-shirt. Blue denim jeans. Black jacket.
• Identifiers: Dental records available.
• Other: Medical - Has Down's Syndrome and requires medication. He is a dependent adult.

Circumstances of Disappearance:
Kluge was last seen in Ventura, California on June 26, 1988. He resided at the Lincoln Place facility at 63 Lincoln Drive. He wandered away from the facility and has never been heard from again. He has prior missing reports and was found in the Saticoy area. An extensive search was conducted but Kluge was never located. An article with his photo was placed in the newspaper and on TV with no leads. His whereabouts remain unknown.

I certainly wouldn‘t rule this out as a possibility but of course it will ultimately take DNA extraction and GG for a solve. I wonder if this isn’t already a consideration as reason for LE adding to NamUs.
