IMHO Dr. Murray knew better.

Just as in the ANS, case the attorney Howard Stern also knew better.
The difference seems to be that the judge in this case is better,
and MJ did have people around him that really did care about him.
While Anna did not = SAD :(

I wonder if this case will create an opening for ANS case to be reopend.

I believe those around Anna cared about her too but imo Anna really died inside when Daniel died and when an addict cannot stand the pain they feel inside they take all the meds they can get their hands on just to make it all go away. Anna overdosed herself and I think Anna is at peace resting by Daniel. No, imo, Anna's case will remain closed and she can rest in peace with the one she loved more than anyone.

What this doctor did is unbelievable though. He absolutely did nothing right. Nothing. He was so reckless and careless with the life of his patient that it is mind boggling.

Now with the ADAs answer to the defense motion imo we know why. This man had his mind on other things and other people. He let his priorities get mixed up. Chit chatting and texting with his multiple girlfriends became more important than the patient he was supposed to be taking care of........

I have seen and read about a lot of case.........way too many to even remember them all but I have never seen a case like this one that has so much COG in it. Every lie.........every omission......every inconsitency..the cover up ..shows that from the moment this happened Murray knew he had killed MJ.

I believe this case is simple and straight forward. I also believe Walgren has his ducks in a row and had more than enough evidence to prove this man is guilty.

It may bring some small sense of justice to his family if he is convicted ..especially for his children who adored him, but I have no doubt in my mind whatsoever.. they would do anything humanly possible if they could just have their daddy back in their lives again.

I agree, she died when Daniel died. I believe that she never bonded with her daughter and there was no one that was going to take Daniel's place. Not even that little girl.

I think with the Jackson death, you have a doctor, who not only prescribed the drugs but also injected them night after night.

Even his medical malpractice insurance company refuses to defend him because it did not cover anesthesia. jmo

I am sure his kids miss him like crazy he just adored them.
I am also sure many in the music industry as well as loyal fans miss him too.
Glad his Dr. is getting what is due him.

As for Anna it is true once her son died she was dead inside. It is also true that she was taken advantage of and not taken care of by her handlers.
I believe that her attorney buddy handler was a parasite. a friend will not get you enough drugs to kill a horse.
but that is another thread.

Glad at least one murdering SOB did not get away with it.

No doubt this Dr. was a quack and deserved his day of judgement.
Hollywood has turned up with a rash of predators which would include Britney who was saved by her parents.
But someone has to put the word out "THESE SOBS will NOT GET AWAY WITH IT"
but when it comes to Anna it has been said by many that they have seen Howard inject Anna, and ordered enough drugs to kill a horse......
Howard is supposed to be a Lawyer not a Dr. IMO he got away with it.
