I'm thinking the 2024 last communication was probably correct in that the family used the wording that she moved to Santa Cruz "last year" (which would be 2024). The date of last contact in NamUs of Nov. 2025 appears to be when the family reached out to where she lived and talked to the new tentants. IMO she may be estranged from family or wishing no contact for other reasons.
Unless there are two young women in Santa Cruz with the same name she may have changed her name legally not all that long ago in Santa Cruz Superior Court.
