Port Hueneme Police are searching for a missing 2-year-old girl who may have been kidnapped by her mother.
Dulce Ramirez has light brown hair and blue eyes and was last seen wearing a light blue hoodie, pink pants and Dora the Explorer boots.
Police say her mother Beatriz Ramirez picked her up from her grandparents for visitation Wednesday and never brought her back.
The grandparents are her legal guardians.
The mother and child were last seen driving in a 1996 Gray Nissan Pick-Up Truck with a Hispanic man.
Police say they may be headed to Mexico.
