Ebrahim Pouldar, 56, vanished from west Los Angeles on July 28, LA police investigators said. He was reported missing to police on Aug. 6.

They found his car and clothes in Carlsbad;

... the family of 56-year-old Ebrahim Pouldar reported him missing Aug. 6 under suspicious circumstances. According to the news station, Pouldar's car was found five days later in a residential area near Hosp Grove Park, and on Aug. 17, his pants, keys and wallet were found near Buena Vista Lagoon.
