I was thinking about the footage of her leaving the boyfriends house. I wonder if there is footage of her arriving at the house, there could be clues there?

there could also be clues of what happened at the house After 6:05am as well

but unfortunately we don’t have much of anything from the last place she was seen nor has anyone been able to get more info yet

I feel like this could really be her car! The angles seem to line up with the pictures from her car being found

Yes, Susan also believes it’s her car (or looks exactly like it)

Why

Why did it take two days to report her missing ? I’m slowly going through everything . I am from SA so crazy enough I stumbled across the ToLiveandDieLApod podcast . Heartbreaking

I’m pretty sure we reported her missing almost immediately after she stopped responding to text messages and calls

it might have been 2 days after her car left Div’s - don’t remember the exact timeline

Checking in. I find this one really strange from what I saw of vehicle activity on that highway when I visited that area some time after it happened. I can't believe no one saw anything! (Of course, we don't if LE doesn't have a witness or witnesses of some sort. They just didn't provide enough info - e.g., they saw the car but didn't see anyone with it.)

Well, I also think no one has actually gone and asked for footage from the restaurant / rv park near there etc

yes, this is the main problem

additional video footage was also asked for directly from the family, besides just her car leaving in the morning, which was basically denied

This case breaks my heart, because I hate to say this, but I don't have a lot of hope for it ever being solved. The best strategy for a perp is to say nothing. It's when they talk that they are easily caught in lies, case in point Barry Morphew. Even without a body his own words painted quite the picture.

I also think money and power plays a great role in this case and in LE running into dead ends and walls of silence. Presuming of course that LE has given it its best effort, which not having this case that closely, I can't really say.

Well, there are a few clues / leads out there that haven’t been completely followed up on and “closed” yet

Does anyone have any connects for cadaver dogs in the LA / Ventura county area?

we already have a green light from LE saying it’s ok to bring the dogs to a location of interest

we just need to find a cadaver dog company that will work with anyone vs just LE only

thanks

Is it possible there is a state or local association for SAR and cadaver dogs? I wonder if any of the LA vet clinics would know.

the main group working on the case before the podcaster came on board and basically “took over” everything

Thought that was literally just the mother and another lady.

I am also part of this main group actively and physically searching for Elaine.

We have a extremely strong lead based on the facts of this case that was initially overlooked. We are in need of a certified cadaver dog.

yes, exactly, Kalimouse and I and a few others are working on this particular “accident / drug influenced theory”

there are tons of other possibilities, but we have to close out leads otherwise everything is just random theories

This organization, based in KY, works directly with family members, according to their web page. They are obviously not local to you, but they may have members or affiliates across the country imo
