I wonder if her family has been in touch with friends, etc... maybe someone knows something. Nothing mentioned about cell phone that I see. Although its obvious she does have access to money. It is concerning that she would be wearing the same clothing for so many days though. Did she not take a bag? At least if they find about a one-way vs roundtrip ticket they would maybe have some ideas of her possible intentions for returning.

Actually, it says when spotted at 7:30 am at the San Diego airport she was seen wearing clothing "similar" to that in the pictures. I think that is her style.

I went to Google Flights and in order for her to arrive in San Diego by 7:30 a.m. she would have had to have taken an American flight out of San Francisco at 12:30 a.m. to Dallas, arriving at 6:00 a.m., then a 7:00 a.m. flight from Dallas to San Diego, arriving at 7:51 a.m.

I could not find any direct flights from San Francisco to San Diego arriving at 7:30 a.m.

Something is very askew or shady about this decision. Maybe she met up with someone at the Dallas airport, or handed something off, or received something there.

I don't think she took that flight from SF to SD via Dallas. It would cost a fortune. The Oakland to San Diego flight for a little over $100 that is non-stop at 6:00 a.m. arriving in SD at 7:30 a.m. is what I think she took. :moo:

We'll have to hope some media outlet clears this up. I hate so much when they botch simple facts and report the false info as news. Argh!

Yes, wait, thanks for clarifying!!!! I thought she was last seen at the San Diego airport on Sunday, August 13th (thinking she went from Starbucks in Dublin at 8:00 p.m. to the airport at some point for the 6:00 a.m. flight, arriving at 7:30 a.m.

But now it seems she went missing sometime between 8:00 p.m. Saturday and 7:30 a.m. Tuesday, when she was spotted at the airport in San Diego and now hasn't been seen since. She must've used her actual name, they found her taking a flight, then went to the security cameras in San Diego.

Again, checking flights now on Tuesday morning (I previously searched Sunday morning), and there are no direct flights from San Francisco to San Diego that arrive at or around 7:30 a.m. There is a non-stop flight on Southwest from Oakland at 5:55 a.m., arrives in San Diego at 7:20 a.m.

EB most definitely could have flown to Dallas on the 12th, then back to San Diego a few days later, arriving the morning of the 15th. So, the question remains, did she fly alone? Maybe she has a secret love interest.

After a little snooping around, it sounds like Lizzie was spotted in the Sunset Cliff area of Ocean Beach, and made contact with her family. We just need LE or the media to report it so we can close this one out.
