--->>>Have not read the thread yet. Does anyone know how old mommy's brother is? News more current said that he watched Emma early morning hours so that grandma could get some sleep after working all night, and after mommy had left for her job.

If he is young, I can see him losing patience, and mommy covering for him. When is the abuse going to stop???????????????????????? OUr schools are failing us in having more child care classes for young people. Open their eyes to responsibility in caring for small children.

Nick is 21 years old. His MYSPACE is http://www.myspace.com/405029082 He is taking nursing courses at Antelope Valley College. And recently got a job at Countrywide Mortgage.

I certainly don't think he has anything to do with this, but, I've learned since joining WS to NEVER say NEVER. But my gut says "No", FWIW!

I CAN'T believe I hadn't heard of this before? Why is there no media coverage? You all did a wonderful job with getting this case on Nancy tonight.

I am SO sick and tired of these girls throwing away their precious little children. My daughter is 15 months and there is NEVER EVER anything she has done to even make me THINK of harming her in any way whatsoever. It makes me ill to think of a life without my kids. I can't understand how anyone can do this. Why??

I hope this "mother's" charges get upgraded to murder one and she rots in prison for the rest of her life.

I want to know how an 18 month old can be accidentally smothered by her mother? I have heard of newborns who were in bed with the parents being smothered by a parent rolling over on them but an 18 month old? I don't for one second believe the mother's story of an accident.

I must confess before we went to dinner we were watching Cash Cab...my new fave on the Discovery channel, when the first airing of NG was on at 5 PM here. *sigh*

Yes you were heard! Loud and Clear! NG handled this in her best NG style. She even told the prosecutor if they didn't up the charges they should be fired! I loved it!

You all deserve KUDOS - you fought hard to keep Emma's name in the media and then to have her story told on NG. Congratulations to all of you!

I was in the ER for 9 hours today with my oldest ughhh!!!! While waiting for the Dr. to come back in.. I turned NG on and omg I couldn't believe it..there was little Emma's face! You guys did it you all rock!!! :clap:

I just wish I could have helped but real life got in the way...

I hope Nancy notices the similarities to Caylee. OMG, when Nancy said that her twins will be 18 months the end of May, I was like, OH SNAP!

He's still having trouble breathing but he'll be okay it's just a pulled or strained muscle in his chest and probably some stress! Thank you for asking!!

Oh YES Lovejac, I'm happy as can be!!! Only 15 more minutes before I get to see NG! Funny, now I've got an earbug with that song, "Oh Happy Day!" lol Life is good!

I think Amber is going to fade away or assume a new hat. lol

I don't know why I assumed he was a she :crazy: whoops, sorry.

That's scary! My SIL swore one day that she was having a heart attack, she had shortness of breath and pain in her chest. She went to the ER and was so embarassed when she found out it was a pulled muscle. Better safe than sorry, I say. Must have been very frightening for you and him both.:blowkiss:
