Please. The only issue here is a woman who clearly cares more about the sperm donor she’s attached herself to than she does her own children. She’s proven that time and again through both her actions and words—despite the benefit of doubt, however cynical, she’s been given from the start by most of us. She knew she was dating and breeding with a man with a history of extreme violence, clearly didn’t care, and continues to choose him over the vulnerable children in her care.

Saying she may have had a psychotic break is an insult to the psychotic.

So, Riverside county DA filed the murder and false statements charges this morning. The parents are due to be arraigned this afternoon (PDT) where they will plead guilty or not guilty. Most likely both will plead not guilty.

Let’s hope the reality will hit home and one will turn against the other. JMO

iirc, defense attorney vincent hughes has not given any interviews since jh was arrested. i wonder if he will speak after court appearance... claiming 'his client' had nothing to do with disappearance or murder.

In a photo I saw they were looking down into a ravine from a turnout on the highway.

I’m thinking they pulled off, and tossed that sweet baby down the ravine. Does that match a section of the highway near Gilman Springs Road?

I think a haphazard dumping of Emmanuel is more this couple's MO than a carefully concealed body disposal.

I wondered at the beginning if it'd be SB county or Riverside, since they live in the latter but the kidnapping was reported in the former. My guess is, they have compelling evidence his murder happened at home. Ugh. I hate typing that.
