CA CA - Emmanuel Haro, 7-months, reported kidnapped 7:30pm from Big 5 parking lot, Yucaipa Blvd, Yucaipa, 14 Aug 2025 *Arrest* #3

I have been quietly following from day 1.

I know nothing about the eye conditions that we have been discussing for over a week now but I’ll say this out loud.

I don’t believe the condition is naturally occurring in Emmanuel. I believe it is completely man made and that evil piece of trash beat Emmanuel and caused brain damage and he did it more than once.

JH likes to go for the head. Case in point; his 10 day old daughter that he tried to kill but only managed to render almost brain dead.

IMO he did the same to Emmanuel. You could see the deterioration in the pictures. That poor defenceless baby.

How he didn’t get charged with attempted murder for the vicious assault on his daughter is beyond me. How he didn’t go to prison is disgusting. How?

Those that prey on defenceless BABIES, are barbaric. They are weak. They are subhuman. He is vile. And BTW, she’s not much better for allowing it happen. She shouldn’t walk away on this.

I posted earlier that I can not believe he walked away from what he did to his 10 week old daughter.
The charge was something like Cruelty to a Child. He should have been charged with attempted murder. JMO

By not charging him with "attempted murder" and holding him w/o bond until a guilty plea deal or a trial enabled him to become a murderer.

Adding to the "I can not believe" list is that I have yet to see any reporting from MSM on the D.A, the Deputy D.A. prosecutor, the probation division and the JUDGE who all agreed to JH's 2023 sentence .

They all had the medical evidence and photos of the brutal beating he gave to his 10 week old daughter and that he left her unable to speak, walk,eat w/o a feeding tube and blind with 3% of brain function.

After what he did to his 10 week old daughter I can't believe the court granted him any visitation rights with a minor child of his and/or his ex-wife Isabel didn't fight like hell to prevent him from seeing their son.
Or did she and the court sided with JH?

I'm getting the feeling that all of the wives and the surrounding family believe his story that the 10-week-old's tragic injuries were Wife #2's fault. Why else would you not fight for him to never have access to your child (Wife #1), or never have children with him in the first place (RH, #3)? It just sounds so insane to hear them saying things like "he would never hurt a baby."

Except maybe the cousin who actually adopted the children, because I don't think the information about them would have been released so readily just after Emmanuel's "kidnapping" if they didn't want people to know JH's history.

I agree with everything you said.

I have no sympathy for her. JMO and going off JH's past record, Emmanuel was most likely beaten numerous times in his short life until it went too far... The pair of them are just as disgusting as each other whether she physically hurt her son or not. She failed protect him.

People believe what they want to believe yet JH told LE that he dropped his 10 week old daughter in the kitchen/sink.
Even though LE didn't believe him he voluntarily implicated himself in how his daughter sustained her life threatening horrific injuries.

LE doesn't have to prosecute. Their role is to investigate and secure arrest. After that it is on the DA, with the help of LE and their own investigators, to secure enough evidence to procure a conviction. Yes, no body cases have led to conviction.

But the road to get there IMO was more difficult for the prosecution because not only do they have to prove guilt, they first have to convince a jury the death occurred in the first place, and that it was murder. A body would get them past that hurdle. JMO

I'm curious if Hughes will remain his lawyer and if so who is paying him because as of JH's arrest he was still representing him and was at the house when/after the SWAT team arrived and when asked by a reporter for an update he told the reporter he had no idea what was going on. Huh?

Just attempting to add a wee bit of levity in the sense that the sheriff's office took the monster into custody for murder so, she got her wish for no visitation.

It's strange that humanity itself must explicitly state the rights of its own children. There were times when children had no value, but unfortunately, we haven't completely moved away from that situation.

Because we’ve realized that there are those among us who will explicitly violate the rights of children and others unless laws are made to secure those rights and ensure that those who still choose to violate those rights are held to some form of justice. This is the basis of civility and democracy.

More offensive is that these institutions regularly fail all of us, especially the vulnerable and underprivileged in society, and somehow that is tolerated. The only way to move forward and make change is for those of us who have the ability to take action do so.

Kern County Prosecutors won convictions against Trazell and Jacqueline West, in a no body case. The boys still have not been found and the cases are similar.

I’m inclined to believe he’s not messing with LE, because he wants a good plea deal. If they threw Emmanuel’s body out, it’s going to be very difficult to find him. Hopefully cadaver dogs can tell if Emmanuel was ever in that area.
