I think they are trying to decide what county they will be charged in. Also pretty sure they have to have eough evidence to charge them by tomorrow. I have read everything I can find and thats what I have pieced together. JMO.

In light of what RH said in her most recent public statement, I have to wonder if, before they were arrested, JH told her that they should stick to the abduction story no matter what. Is RH not being told anything about JH? When she insisted again that JH was a good dad, it just made me think she’s convinced he’s sticking with their story.

In a photo I saw they were looking down into a ravine from a turnout on the highway.

I’m thinking they pulled off, and tossed that sweet baby down the ravine. Does that match a section of the highway near Gilman Springs Road?

There are ravines all over that stretch. Honestly, it all looks so similar I don't know how you could tell exactly where you were if you did something like that. (Sorry, I cannot put the unspeakable act into words.)

Sadly I found something earlier. There is a possibility the charges won't be filed which might be why it's not on a court calendar. This was a report from Fox11 Los Angeles. Its towards the end

This is odd because the jail record shows that JH was charged with malice murder, court is tomorrow at 8 am pacific time. I would think the jail would have the latest information.

Maybe Fox News looked at the jail records like I did the other day when JH took the sherifff's department for a ride and no charges were showing at that time ?

I guess if you lived there you would be more familiar with the terrain. I know that's how it is where I live. In the desert. But I do wonder how agitated he/they were when they took Emmanuel out to that area to remember what he/they did. JMO

Thanks for answering, maybe that's part of the difficulty. If it was dark, he may not remember exactly where they stopped. Unless there's only one turnout.

Are we sure he admitted it? I read this morning that the sheriffs would not confirm that Jake was assisting in the search even though he was there. Will try and find the article again. I actually think someone may have already posted an article on this thread stating that too.

IMO, yes he admitted Emmanual is dead and his body was disposed.

Here it is again for anyone who hasn’t seen it—-this was much earlier from ABC. They state that JH was there alongside LE, but that LE says he DID NOT AID in the search.

Whatever that implies, I can’t be sure, but we all have our theories.
