have we ever heard if the blood located in their residence was tied to Emmanuel? Depending on tutti i it. the amount found that could also be a factor IMO.

To me, the blood (which surely his Emmanuel's) was of such a quantity and/or contained other biological tissue (like brain matter) that an ME could determine that the evidence was incompatible with life. That's why they believe/know he's dead. 😞

I think there will be digital evidence which shows a progression of injuries, a level of cooperation between the two adults, and might leave little room for guessing as to how he ultimately died.

Brace yourself. It's always worse than our worst fears.

in the Delphi case admissions of guilt whether via phone calls to loved ones, to his mental health professional or to guards and fellow inmates, by Richard Allen were called confessions by the DA in that case and used against him in court.

So yeah, I am really confused by these new reports that directly contradict the DAs statements made yesterday in this case. Also, less than a week ago MSM had to backtrack on their reports that Baby E's body had been located because no such thing happened.
I have to wonder if this isn't at the center of what the DA was talking about when he mentioned "keyboard warriors". It's the #1 reason I never follow these cases on social media. Tons of rumors, gossip & "bombshells" & "breaking news!" clickbait garbage. Yes, sometimes the truth breaks there first as well, but more often than not, it's just full of useless junk.

That 's what I was afraid of. :( But if it means little Emmanuel is found........

Your fear is a plea agreement --

I hear you.

We don't want a complicit party to get a sweetheart deal and walk away from the ongoing brutal abuse of a child, ultimately fatal.

But a plea agreement isn't necessarily a bad thing IMO. IIUC the parties can agree to change not guilty pleas to guilty. Sometimes in exchange for something but sometimes when confronted with the totality of the evidence.

Guilty pleas would save a lot of time and resources and accelerate the timeline for us getting to forget they ever existed.

We'll carry Emmanuel forward.

I think, when a baby is 7 months old (or younger), you as a parent have to many opportunities to hide the little boy from the sight of others: tired and in bed (don't disturb!), ill and in bed (don't disturb!), not at home but at grandma/aunt/whoelse, not at home but with father/mother driving somewhere, etc. Maybe difficult to discover abuse for someone, who only sporadically visited. MOO
Good Point! IMO At the same time wouldn’t these friends and family member request photos of the baby periodically or the “parents” send pictures of the baby and toddler to them even if unsolicited? Idk just seems very strange if no one in their inner or extended circle didn’t suspect something was terribly wrong with the baby ESPECIALLY in light of his previous (horrific) child abuse ( more like attempted murder) arrest and incarceration. Some of these people had to have known about that.

I'm still confused about the alleged confession.
Brian Entin reported sources told him, there'd been a jailhouse confession from JH.

During the presser the DA said there's been no confession.

So... ?
I’m wondering if it is word semantics? Maybe he did say that to a cell mate, but they only consider it a confession if to LE?

RSBM

IIRC that's what happened in April Jones' case - they never found her body (and the [redacted] who killed her refuses to say where she is), but they found enough blood to conclude that she'd suffered unsurvivable injuries

Digital forensics IMO.

If the two exchanged texts and photos inadvertently documenting abuse and collusion, then it's no wonder why both are being charged.

So that's my guess -- their phones told on them.

They won't be the first parent who's sitting in jail right now with phone evidence.
Wendy Bailey/John Bailey

overcrowded prison and full jails is a big reason for letting people slide and giving them multiple chances until they really screw up big time. I've got a nephew that's in the system here in Texas and it is amazing in how many times he stole a car , or got caught shoplifting, and out right stealing and drug dealing, he gets a slap on the hand and moves onto the next crime. I think Jake Haro is a different type of criminal- a lazy one if he's also a grifter - and I bet he's also abusive to all three of his wives. Hmmm three wives in how many years? and he's only thirty two years old. He was in his mid twenties when he almost killed his daughter in 2018, and I wonder about Emanuel's sister and if she was abused or was she a good baby and maybe Emmanuel wasn't?

I'm really trying to understand Rebecca Haro and her thinking. Does anyone one know how long she and Jake dated or? How long after she was divorced ? She used to take care of herself in photos I've seen online of a younger her. She looks worn down. I wonder if the bloom is off the rose and he wasn't the prize she thought that a younger man would be? She hasn't done her hair since Emmanuel was born it looks like. She's had two children in a span of two and a half years. Will she turn?

I tried looking into their relationship. Not much luck. Turning on him? I thought she might, but now I'm not so sure.

Trying to understand illogical thinking is an exercise in futility. RH doesn’t seem to care much for anyone outside JH and herself. I think they’re both toxic, self-involved people, and the children trapped in their orbit are all victims of their narcissism and abuse.

It will be a CrAzY trial if they are tried together and JH admits the child is dead (without admitting HIS guilt) and RH continues with the kidnapping story.

ADMIN NOTE:

After review, we are again allowing NY Post as a source.

It's like some of our other sources where many folks like it while others don't. They do have lots of interesting, great content and it's up to members to decide for themselves if they wish to rely on it for discussion.

(I will try to find the articles that were removed, but it may take a while as there was so much moderation involved in Emmanuel's case, it's now like trying to find the needle in the haystack.)

Death penalty or not, as long as they are both locked up for life and can never breed again

Boy is he in for a surprise! IMO
Ohhh, let's hope!! Grrrrr.

You’re supposed to remain anonymous anyway
In my experience, you aren't always anonymous. I reported a family member once and they told her it was me. CPS is notoriously corrupt, at least in my state (Illinois). MOO.

Stupid is as stupid does.

Personally, I think it’s more arrogance than anything. Men like this think the rest of the world will be as bamboozled and transfixed by them as their partners are. In reality, they’re merely gleefully digging their own graves.
I hope he digs fast and deep!

I experienced this also when reporting a relative (also in IL), if you are reporting a specific incident or incidents you have witnessed it isn't hard for the alleged abuser to figure out who was present and extrapolate who the reporting party was. JMO
