I still think it was LE wanted photographs of Jake appearing to assist in order to get Rebecca to talk. Looks like it didn’t work tho, if that was why they brought him out there. JMO
Maybe, but wouldn't she recognize the location as NOT being where the baby is? If told he was helping, she would take one look at the photo and realize he was not helping.

exactly, thats why I wonder if they may have found something on their phones? location tracking? it was a long shot. I mean it would have been a long shot, it had to be believable. if that is what they were doing. I only saw pics and he didnt look like he was helping.

I think this poor baby is in the landfill. I hope sincerely I am wrong, but we know that if he is, it is highly likely that he will not be found. :(

Could very well be. They likely had time before their fake kidnapping performance so could've put in a trash can anywhere, not necessarily at home. imo

I lean toward thinking this little body will never be found. I suspect JH would've been determined not to have a body provide evidence against him. jmo

Criminal defense attorney Alexandria Kazarian joined “Banfield” on Monday to discuss how Jake Haro was removed from his own parents due to drug and domestic violence issues in his family home.

*****
“It sounds like this is a long, long time cycle of abuse that’s happening in this family. There are allegations that his grandfather was mentally ill and that his mother had addiction problems, and she left him at home, not only with his grandfather, who wasn’t fit to watch over him, but there were also domestic violence issues between his mother and his father,” Kazarian told NewsNation.

According to Kazarian, by age 13, Jake Haro was taken away from his parents, along with his sister and brother, and placed into an adoptive family.

Trying very hard to muster sympathy but it's not happening.

Well, sadly makes sense.

I figured this was going to be the case. But millions of kids are abused and don't go on to perpetuate it in their own lives as adults.

I'm not buying this slick pitch for sympathy/damage control from his attorney. He supposedly passed the required abuse prevention classes with flying colors - with counselors praising his parenting skills.

So he can turn it off and on when it suits him? He's a manipulative liar who knows how to game the system. No sympathy from me at all, not one bit.

I was thinking the exact same thing. "But millions of kids are abused and don't go on to perpetuate it in their own lives as adults"
Not all bad people come from abused backgrounds either. ( look at the Adelsons
😜) no sympathy from me either. to me its excuses , its enough already.
What he did to his 10 week old baby should have been his first clue that he needed more help than his abuse prevention class. I hope that was his last "get out of jail free" card.

RIVERSIDE, Calif. (KESQ) - The Riverside County District Attorney’s Office is addressing what it describes as “a significant amount of misinformation” surrounding the handling of a prior criminal case against Jake Haro.

DA officials released a statement on Thursday clarifying the Office's position and actions in the matter.

According to the DA’s Office, an internal review confirmed that prosecutors believed the original charges against Haro could have been more severe due to the nature and extent of the victim’s injuries. They say that had the case gone to a preliminary hearing, they likely would have pursued amendments to increase the charges.

I’m just putting the mad face, not even going to read it. Preemptively choosing 😡

This poor baby. If he hasn’t been found by now, I doubt they’ll ever find him.

This gruesome couple knows what they did and where they disposed of Emmanuel.

If they don’t talk, they can go on pretending forever that they loved him, he was kidnapped, and they’ll never stop looking for him—-all the abominations that spew from their lips.

I hope they are both convicted and locked up for life.

In other words he undercharged JH from the get-go and how/why it will worked out to JH's advantage is irrelevant.

The baby's medical records of her horrific abuse was known to them soon after she was admitted to the hospital in 2018 and he didn't undercharge JH until 2021.
"Give me a break"
imo

I agree 100%,the only way I think he will be found is if they actually start telling the truth and tell where he is at.

I honestly think give the mum long enough in jail and she will crack.

I can think of several scenarios where even if one or the other tell the truth, sweet little Emmanuel’s remains will not be recoverable.

Landfill, fire, dismemberment/scattering/wild predator consumption (sorry to be so graphic).

What was done to Emmanuel prior to his death, or actual cause of death may never be known. We’re reliant on two people who are known liars and are highly invested in saving their own azzes.

I think both are keeping their secrets hoping that the jury won't be able to determine which one did the crime, so cannot find either one guilty.

Somebody killed little Emmanuel, but can they prove who did it?

For me, I have sympathy for the child he was, not the man he is. Abuse cycles are a real thing and someone should have stepped in to protect him as a child just as someone should have stepped in to protect Emmanuel from him. The entire country has an issue with treating child abuse and neglect as a lesser crime and failing to invest in solutions that can prevent it, punish it adequately, and put children in safe and secure long term placements away from abusive parents.
