Rumor alert - they may have the husband held for questioning for all we know. He will be grilled for sure. I'm referring to his superiors, not local LE. They are allowed to cross lines into your personal business.

Since the aunt keeps saying to read between the lines, has anyone copied all of her posts into a "paragraph" to make sense of them?

I have a friend who was dishonorably discharged from the Marines because he slept with another Marine's wife. They for sure are all over this. They want to keep control of it I am sure, they don't want a media circus. If the husband was involved, it will be found out.

And this is the husband's aunt...not Erin's, right?

Also, the aunt is talking in past tense. Erin "knew" her way around....she "had" lived there awhile...

This is completely false. If he appears a certain way, or says the wrong thing, the media will run with it and at the least, can cause major distractions for his fellow Marines. If this happened on or near the military base, it makes it even more the reason that he is not allowed to talk.

And, if LE determines or thinks (the civilian and military LE can work together), Erin never left their house (they live on base, right?), the military police (MP) will be/are in charge.

That's how you talk about living people though, too. She had lived there awhile and knew her way around. "Knew her way around" has two meanings, also. Hmm.

You don't have to put them into a paragraph. You can treat each one separately. Can I just say what I believe she is insinuating - that was guessed by the crime reporter poster that was deleted? Is that a violation of TOS?

Scroll through that page, find ALL the aunt's posts, and put them together. She's saying something very specific. It may not be true, but she's saying it. IMHO of course.

I think I found them all - obviously I'm bad at reading between the lines as well. Is she hinting that she left or she went with someone and now can't get back?

Her mother was coming for a visit very soon. I highly doubt she just took off with someone else but I do think
saying that might help take attention off her husband.

I'm just going to say what the post was. A poster from a crime website asked the aunt, just to be clear, are you saying the baby isn't her husbands and the father wanted to harm her? (Not a direct quote, sorry, that was the gist). The question was never answered and was deleted after sitting there for about 7 minutes.

When you read the aunt's posts, that's what she appears to be saying. And I hope I don't go to banned camp for this conversation. ;D

Well, if the baby wasn't her husbands, anger and harm could come from a bunch of sources, on both sides. That would complicate things.

This one time, at banned camp… (sorry, someone had to)

Yeah, I don't buy it. They just moved in together, finally, I'm not buying any insinuation that after getting married and waiting for him to get home from Japan, she got a Jody.

Now, if they implied a male friend from Oak Ridge who wanted more and didn't want her to move came out and did her harm, that I'd believe.

Erin's parents were able to meet with the lead detective in the search for Erin today. Though he had no new updates to share he did assure them that the physical search of the area is from sunup to sundown every day. Please pray for the investigators and volunteer search teams- they are giving up time with their families to make ours whole again. And, as always, please continue to pray for Erin's safe return home! Thank you all for following Erin's story and continuing to share- your share could be the one that puts her story in front of someone who can help bring her home!

A jealous ex-boyfriend wasn't the implication, I don't think.

What seems obvious is LE is pretty darn sure where she is, and that she's no longer alive, and they need no further input from the general public while they search for her until they find her and aren't leaving that spot until she's found. Hmm.

I know it wasn't the implication. I was saying that I'd believe that over the Jody theory.

Above BBM: I so hope this is not what is being implied. :(

You must have found more than I was able to find. The posts I found made me think that the husband had been grilled like a cheeseburger and cleared but that they aren't allowed to publicly say that.
