Holding Erin and her Little One in my thoughts and prayers as the sun rises this morning. May the family know how much love and support they have from all of us here at WS. I know I'm not alone when I say there's a special place I hold in my heart for Erin. I am in this for the long haul.

Truthbeknown, you represent a family that has been so amazing throughout this ordeal - in ways I'm not sure I'd be capable. You honor us with your presence. Thank you for taking the time to update the thread. :hug:

I'm sure as the days go by and the finality of Erin's death sets in....these are difficult days for her family, especially her husband Jon.
The holidays are approaching, and I hope that they will celebrate the joy of her life and spirit by placing a special Angel on their trees.

The prayers are going to be greatly needed this week. Wednesday is going to be a tough day. The picture of that pine tree in Erin's memory brought a smile to my face. Thank you

What exactly happens on Wednesday? I know CL has his next court date. But are you saying they will start talking about what that animal did? Or they will determine if there is enough evidence (I have no doubt there is!) that there will be a trial? Or could they actually come in and change their plea? ask for a deal?

I hate to think of Erin's family having to go through a long trial. I can't imagine the horrible things the defense will say about her to help this client!

As the time ticks closer and closer, Erin has filled my mind more and more. Sending prayers to her family that justice will be done. It won't be an easy process, but I at least hope it is swift.

Wednesday should just be a disposition hearing. Where DA's office gives the defense attorney more evidence and they set a new date. In all reality nothing much will happen. I just know that the 16th of September when they gave the defense attorney mega evidence and set a new date was a very emotional day for us. I can't really say why. It just kind of hit some of us hard and we just didn't expect it. Hopefully planning on it being an emotional day will have us more prepared, so it won't be so bad for us.

If they try to dig up dirt on Erin they will be very disappointed. There is no dirt to dig up on her. Not even a parking ticket. I would think if they try to dig up dirt on Erin it will make CL look even worse.
