Good to see you again as well my friend. I remembered reading the court docket back in April (?) I think... anyway, Dateline, as well as 20/20 had requested media coverage from the court/judge. But that was when the trial was supposed to be held in May or June. I wasn't sure if they were aware of it being postponed so many times. So I went to their FB homepage and it lets you chat with them.

My computer is acting UGLY on websleuths....it took/takes me forever to post anymore. keep getting that blue circle, and it leaves out letters when I try to type words!

There hasn't been any new developments recently. As I am focused on the now/today trial events and have no desire to hash out repetitive old news and wounds, I will refer you to all previous threads here on Websleuths as well as the many media outlets who did an awesome job covering the previous details. There is A LOT of evidence directly pointing to the guilty. Dig in and research and you will see and decide for yourself. I merely stated my opinion and you are free to disagree as was I.

I certainly agree that he had motive. But there is a huge difference between motive and intent. Richie Rich has motive to kill his parents to inherit their millions, but he has greater motive to keep them around because he loves them. Right? There is no indication that Chris ever took action to protect his family or even himself before the alleged crime. If he was so concerned about his life in Alaska, wouldn't he have stopped the affair after his wife found out the first time?

Big difference between having a reason to act, and taking action. Chris doesn't seem to have enough reason to me. Whereas there is someone in this case who got so angry he had a meltdown and destroyed his apartment.

We are a victim friendly site and he is as much a victim as Erin herself. Go ahead and keep throwing out your heartless talk. You won't find sympathy here. LE said he was not a POI and never has been. Evidence never pointed in his direction whatsoever.

I wonder how you would feel if you found out your spouse was having an affair? Murdered? Carrying someone's child? Missing? I'd say he handled things very well from what public knows because lord help me I would not be patient enough to wait on justice if I were in their shoes!

I don't know if truthbknown can attest to this but sometime attorneys hold back showing family evidence like this to get an emotion reaction for the jury. This may be the first time family see this or other evidence.

Reading that was like a punch in the gut to me, I cannot imagine how family felt hearing and seeing this if they did.

It sounds like the pictures were shown during opening arguments, and with Lore testifying she may not have been in the courtroom yet. (Although other family members may have been in there.)

We were shown a video of my family member that showed his murderer following him right before we stepped into the court room. We didn't even know the video existed. Needless to say we appeared exactly as the prosecutors wanted us to.

Truth, also familiarize yourself with California law. Everything from appeals to time served to sentencing. Surprises will come up and I don't want you to be hit in the face. Remember, the law and the courts also have politicians involved.
