It is so NOT fair that the killer always has more rights than the victim, who isn't here to speak for herself. Especially during trials, the defense can just throw anything out there about the victim, with no evidence at all and it becomes a FACT!

This is a subject that is near and dear to my heart. The constitutional rights of a defendant - which makes our nation great - tramples upon those of the victim - because they are not federally mandated in all 50 states.

Until We the People, demand the same for our victims, the scales are tipped against them. It is inherently unfair.

This must change. The last attempt to pass a law failed.

Unacceptable.
