Imo. Nicole told Lee to end the relationship by any means necessary.

Because I think that Nicole knew that her finances for her kids would be ruined. Jmo

I dunno. That one, I don't think, is so much motivated by the money aspect. I think (IMO) that it was more a control issue. I agree she probably said to end it by any means. But not over money.

truthbeknown, thinking of you and all of Erin's family as you go through this. It's hard to imagine the lack of empathy, remorse, and conscience that was present at the time of Erin's death and which I'm sure is also present in the courtroom. Bless you all.

OMG! Sad sad sad. I'm not sure what made her open up and testify truthfully now but I am very thankful she has decided to have a heart and tell it. Maybe CL being locked up and NL away gave her a reality check.

If anyone can help me I would greatly appreciate it. lease:
I am completely technically challenged. I have been struggling with trying to post. Every sentence I type, has letters from the words missing. I then have then to go back ad retype those letters to make them actual words. Sometimes they come out as 2 misspelled words linked together (missing letters)
I just noticed that in my reply box under the A (for text color) there are2 blue circles. One for link and one from unlink. My "unlink" circle has a red X on it? I have tried right clicking on it and nothing is there, it's just blank
I can't imagine that I would have accidently deleted it, but I don't know where its or how to get it back.

I have no idea why it's doing that. Have you tried signing out and back in?

I don't think she's heard it. It's my understanding since she's under subpoena for both sides she can't be in the courtroom til after she testifies.

I have tried everything I can think of. I have never even used those link and unlink buttons (?)
to my knowledge... I do however remember touching them one day out of curiosity. Maybe I accidently deleted it This was not recently, unfortunately
I went through everything I deleted, (and there was a lot) but it would probably be in a specific post that replied to?? I can't possibly read through every thread I replied in...sigh
There are too many WS threads I have deleted. I always put whatever post I'm on at the time in my favorites....deleting the others at a later time.

moonbeam is right. I'm sure Isabel Megli is also under under subpoena.
They all have to wait outside the court room, until it' their turn to testify. This is to ensure that their testimony will not be influenced by hearing what other witnesses are saying.

I'm sure that's what led to Nichole's meltdown. She was all dressed up for her "hubby," and even wearing his dog tags...but the prosecution had slapped her with a subpoena :smile: making sure she couldn't attend one day inside that courtroom. She finds out the prosecution has decided not to call her after all, and makes her grand entrance in the courtroom smiling/flirting ? asking the judge if she can now stay in the courtroom (where hubby can see her with his dog tags) since she won't be called to testify after all.
BUT since the Defense is going to call her, well sorry little missy but no can do!

She wanted so badly to testify only because she wants inside that courtroom. She wants to watch that trial. IMO ~ I'll bet she hasn't seen Chris in 2 years, Alaska is a long way come for a visit, and very expensive.
