My husband would definitely remember seeing my legs, if they were exposed by wearing a dress, skirt or shorts.
Even after all these years being married.
My husband remembers the first top he saw me in, and I still have it!
Yes, everyone is different.
IMOO.

This post cracks me up. So your husband is a leg man, eh?

I'm the exact opposite of her husband I guess. When I see a nice set of legs, I forget my name and place in the world. No way I'd remember her clothing.

Heh. That makes two of us. I'm a psychologist fer chrissakes, and I still don't know why folks don't like to speak plain dang English when they're trying to convey a thought. If I wanted cryptic gibberish all the time, I'd just work more hours.

Well, we can blame schizophrenia or TOS.

(just kidding darkhorse! :blowkiss:)

He also remembers the top she had on from the first time they met - now, I'm really confused!
Must be a boob man too! (sorry, Treelights, just being silly, :tsktsk:)

So am I gathering there are two boyfriends and the husband???

Say what? Seriously? Now the theory is expanding to ridiculous, no?

Maybe?!? Two different angles now, a married marine and now a volunteer at the ranch. With so much conflicting info, we technically don't know anything, do we? I mean, at this point, isn't her being pregnant just a rumor too?

Why yes he is! :)
I have always walked and hiked, and we hike a lot of trails, so both of us are in good shape.
We live in Colorado, and I have about as equal amount of hiking boots and Keen sandals, as I have sandals and heels.

Your points are why I'm confused about the pregnancy/affair story. Why would Erin reveal her pregnancy to Jon on Father's Day (of all days) if she was guilty of having an affair and suspected the father was someone other than Jon? She wouldn't be showing and most men wouldn't know you'd missed your period unless you make a big point of it. If guilty, wouldn't she try to hide it until she figured out the timing and who was where when (meaning if husband and affair guy both had engaged with her within a short time period - sorry). If both had, how could she even know who fathered the baby? For these reasons, the story seems so odd.
Even if she told an affair guy that she was pregnant, how could they assume it was his baby? Why would he have to kill her? Especially this early in the story.

Oh God. What if affair guy is of another race? That's the only reason I can think of and it took me this long.

I don't think she was having an affair.
I think the baby is hubbys.

Her mother said she was pregnant. Don't have a link for the show.

I keep wondering if there was a physical affair or if it was an emotional affair, on social media for example. Lonely young woman type of thing?

There really aren't any issues of fact that we can make progress on at this point. It's difficult to be optimistic about the possibility of justice. Hopefully there is forensic evidence that she was harmed that can be linked to someone...

I guess it does sound odd, but my husband is visual, and I was comparing that my husband would remember what I was wearing.
It's just who he is.

I don't really see 2 people being involved in Erin's disappearance, unless it was random.

thanks!

also from article.......

Residents East of Twentynine Palms say helicopters have been ferrying groups of searchers from Luckie Park to the Old Dale Mining District, an area pocked with abandoned mines east and south of Twentynine Palms.

Anybody good with maps.......base.......where car was found........area being search and the JT??

Yes, but in HE's case, it is assumed the perp/s shut Heather's phone down, right?

In Erin's case, I read that her phone was off all day Saturday, from the time she left the house.
So, either she didn't take the phone, drove off with the phone off from the start, or never left the house.

that is EXACTLY my point!!! the perp turns off the phone!!!!

-----if Erin met up with the perp where she left her car--immediately after leaving her home (or even later as Jon would not have started calling her later in the day til he thought to check on her) --- and he was intending for that to be her last day on earth b/c he is the BF and she claims to be pregnant with his child--- he may well have taken her phone from her right away. <mod snip>

I'm lost as well. Could 'Attributed' = 'Partnered'? I honestly have no idea.

Nor do I. "Attributed to" sounds like they made that up out of thin air.

Wow. I hate to crack a smile because it's under the circumstances of poor missing erin...but you all have seriously got me chuckling.

http://www.desertsun.com/story/news...15/pregnant-marine-wife-erin-corwin/12708175/

Rescue crews are re-evaluating their progress after spending two weeks in rugged terrain and hot, muggy weather to find Erin Corwin.

Once a new plan is developed, they’re expected to resume their search this weekend in and around Joshua Tree National Park...

“We don’t want to be out there just for the sake of being out there if it’s not going to take us into a productive direction,” Lane added. “We haven’t suspended, we haven’t ended, we haven’t called off any part of the search.”
