Search continues for Holtville missing woman

Esperanza Hartman

• 82 years old
• Last seen on Sunday, April 7 at her home where she lives with her husband, in a trailer, just seven miles from Holtville.
• 5'5" tall, approx 160 pounds
• Brown eyes and gray hair
• Her grandson said, “At first I didn’t believe it, you know cause it's kinda odd. Until yesterday, the police came to our home looking for her, the area we’re in, which is Mojave County."
• Hartman says both his grandparents have early signs of memory loss.
• “From my understanding my grandpa reported her missing by talking to family and friends," said Hartman.
• “They would just come to Holtville all the time. I mean they were apart of holtville," said LL, a Holtville resident.
• The Imperial County Sheriff’s Department has launched a search and rescue investigation.
