Missing 13-year-old boy considered at-risk: BPD

The Bakersfield Police Department is asking for help finding a missing 13-year-old boy out of central Bakersfield.

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/FOX58) — The Bakersfield Police Department is asking for help finding an at-risk missing 13-year-old boy out of central Bakersfield.

Ethan Hernandez was last seen Tuesday, Feb. 14 in the 200 block of Olive Street, just east of Oak Street. He is considered at-risk due to having this being his first time missing.

Hernandez is described as Hispanic, 5'2" tall, 140 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a black sweatshirt, white t-shirt and black pants.
