Lets imagine someone found the arm in the woods somewhere. Why would you put it in a portable toilet?

There are plenty more questions I have, but this is plain weird.

Maybe they didn't think it was real and wanted to scare someone? That's the only explanation I can think of.

maybe that what i was thinking was this person killed there because this is a murder for sure but what i am thinking of what if whoever killed them placed the remains somewhere else? Yes could also be a way to scare someone but what if he placed other body parts somewhere else? like either near or far could be hard to detemrine but what if their burried

Technically you can estimate height from arm length, though I'd take it with a grain of salt here.
