SAN DIEGO (KGTV) - San Diego Police asked for the public’s help Friday to find a missing woman with Alzheimer’s disease.

Evelyne Delorme, 70, was last seen leaving her University City home at noon, officers said.

She may be driving a dark gray 2010 Toyota Camry with left rear bumper damage, according to police. The California license plate is 6LLW753.

Delorme may not how to get home or where she is, police said.
