I think Bowers is a match, too. When i was first studying the wanted photo, I noted a pretty conspicuous asymmetry in the eyes (even with the sharp 3/4 angle view). I was astonished to see Bowers exhibits the same anomaly.

Sharp, narrow ridge at the top of the nose, distinctly-shaped eyebrows, same sag in skin on either side of nose....

I wouldn't call it an accident, tlcox -- I'd call it a miracle. Right place, right time, right sleuther. Nice work.
