O.k, I admit to seeing critters too ..a bear/raccoon to the right, a skull or dog in centre with some kind of little bunnies/dogs at left, not unlike sled-racers or sand dune racing.
The numbers 7011, or 9011, and below numbers the "marshmellow" thingy which looked 'SpongeBob" like - but surely is not, unless I am both hallucinating and regressing!
Maybe the hat matches (came from same place) as cartoonish t-shirt.

O.k, I admit to seeing critters too ..a bear/raccoon to the right, a skull or dog in centre with some kind of little bunnies/dogs at left, not unlike sled-racers or sand dune racing.

What could that possibly represent??

It looks to me that there are three animal heads grouped in the bottom half of the decal. My best guess is....on the bottom right a bear head, on the bottom left a wolf head and slightly higher between the two a raccoon?

I am looking at the letters...

I have seen a cartoonish tractor trailer image like what is on the hat that you guys think is a marshmallow. I can't remember anything else about it but what you guys see as a marshmallow I believe is the cab of a tractor/big rig. I am going to link the original FBI help request on a couple of trucker sites and see if any of them can help at all.

Not for an official cap, but units often have their own that aren't part of a uniform or anything. Usually after they leave the service. And then they have reunions which often have caps for the event.

I could go with a design that has a pair of dogs, or horses, or cattle, pulling a wagon, with a big tall white mountain in the background. I can see the tooth/marshmallow. Still can't get a clown, though.
