RUMOR: I saw a newscast (can't recall which channel, probably KCAL 9) where they were interviewing someone. That person said the 'neighborhood' suspects a certain person d/t domestic violence at a house, and it may well be that.

I think this is less Lanza and more family murder...where someone kills his wife and either father/brothers protecting her, and then, having lost it, carried things out into the world.

I haven't seen it said, but the three victims who are at UCLA (one has passed) were all female.

Two males in the burning house;
1 female in a car outside the burning house;
3 females on campus.

Seems to me that there was a targeting of women here.

Just my thoughts as to motive.

God bless all who were there today, students, instructors, administration, neighbors, passersby, MTA passengers, and police, fire, and EMS.

A lot of folks were very blessed today to be able to be home and eating dinner.

1 critical, 1 serious, 3 lessers (minor injuries).

I never thought it was going to end up with 6 dead either. It seemed like he wounded most of the people at the end of his rampage. I wonder who the people were other than the 2 in the burning house.

ETA: Last I heard, my relative is still stuck at SMC without access to her car...but I think this may also be a result of family being too busy to keep me updated.
