The family of Forrest Boren Jr., also known as "O’s,” is seeking information about his whereabouts, as Oct. 16 marked one year since his disappearance.

The family of Forrest Boren Jr., also known as "O’s,” is seeking information about his whereabouts, as Oct. 16 marked one year since his disappearance.

<<Boren is a member of the Iipay Nation of Santa Ysabel, and he was a resident of the reservation.

When he was last seen, he was described as confused and in need of medical attention for health issues. His car was abandoned, and it is thought he may have visited a hospital in the Imperial County area. He is said to be a nice and honest person who may try to find work cleaning yards.

He is described as 51 years old; 5 feet, 9 inches tall; 220 pounds; having short, black wavy hair and brown eyes; and wearing glasses.>>
