I mean no disrespect to this man, really..but...I'm really beginning to wish Burris would just be quiet. :furious:

Me too. What's he trying to do, start a riot?

I've read some not so positive comments on him (maybe in the comments in some of the articles, not here). I really didn't get the feeling he was going to pose any type issue in this case, he didn't seem interested, in earlier articles, IMO. I am praying this man does not turn this into something it's not. A little boy is missing and possibly murdered, if the police have to "divide and conquer" to get answers then so be it! Get a monster off the street, please!

I wimped out last night and just could not stay up! I am so thankful for this much progress in Hasanni's case.

Hopefully Jennifer will come clean and take a plea bargain so that Little Hasanni can be located and given the proper, dignified burial he so deserves. The only reason I would want Jennifer to even cut a deal would be for the recovery of Hasanni's body as well as what actually happened.

I am so disgusted that Jennifer, Hasanni's own flesh and blood, went along with this Louis monster and covered for him. Again we have a mother (albeit foster) who chose a man over a child. She should have been so horrified at what Louis had done that she ran, not walked into the police station to tell everything she knew! But she didn't and that makes her, IMO, as bad as Louis. Since she has done this, she does not deserve to have another innocent baby in her care.

Louis must not have a legal name with 111 behind it. Before I was a booking/classification Lt., I worked Booking in 12 hour shifts. IF an individual is arrested and has a Jr., 11, or even 111 at the end of his name, it has to be on the official booking. I see this booking slip and there is no 111 on there. I know he has official documents in Virginia with the 111 behind it, but even that does not mean it is his official name. I sure would love to see his birth certificate!

I watched a long video (17 minutes) this morning of Louis and just wanted to hit my computer screen with my fist. We had this guy pegged from the beginning. And thank goodness there are really terrific sleuths here who came up with so much information on Louis! I am also thankful that there is a 'no bail' on Louis. Jennifer will probably make bail if her mother can come up with the $1,500.00 needed of the $15,000.00. I rather she remain in jail, tho. She has to be shown that what she did was illegal, disgusting, and immoral.

Whew! Sorry for the long post everyone. I have read here every single day but rarely post. 'Little Man' is in my thoughts, prayers, and heart.

ETA: I am an old, retired grandmother now.

He probably came here for the info???????:waitasec:

From that article there was a sentence that really caught my eye. Remember when we were all trying to figure out if when Hasanni had really last been seen? We were stumped by the report of some possible witnesses at the junk yard?

Police plan to release additional details that they hope will draw more information from the public. The last confirmed sighting of Hasanni was Aug. 6 at a Wal-Mart in Fremont, where he was seen with both foster parents.

Burris is speaking so freely about this case that I'm not sure he has been retained (or offered his services pro-bono). I guess we will have to wait and see. I certainly hope that Mr. Burris doesn't waste his time with this case, it's not a civil rights case and it has nothing to do with the suspects being racially profiled or such...it has to do very simply with the murder of the child these two suspects were responsible for...IMHO.

My, Oh MY! I went to bed last night around 11mst. Got up this am and decided I'd better get a little cleaning done before I hop on here. Now I have tons of reading to do. I left off when everyone was talking about the "18" thing. 18yrs for Jaycee, 18 days for Hasanni, 4:18 he was reported missing -- how about he was reported missing on 8/10 - 8+10=18.

What's with this 18 thing? Has anyone looked into the psychic thread? Creepy.

Ok, back to catching up. Morning all!

Me too. What's he trying to do, start a riot?

That's exactly what I was thinking 'lumbo. I don't think we need him downing LE right now, especially in light of recent events that have taken place in Oakland. There is a pre-existing rift in Oakland based on what I've read about the Police Chief, shootings, etc. I don't think it's good for Oakland for Burris to start 'turning screws.' Not on the heels of what Rockridge and the surrounding area has been exposed to and opened up for because Ross chose them as his backdrop.

I said I wanted sightings of Hasanni to be on video, and that is probably what they got from WalMart.

I'm guessing their salvage yard source was either false info leaked on purpose or the sighting of a 5 year old boy could not be verified (someone had come up with the idea of LR planting the idea that it was Hasanni crying when it could have been Aaliyah).

If Burris doesn't know what they have against his clients, he should look at the arrest warrants. That might help. (They are sealed but not from the lawyer, right?)

A judge must have signed the warrant so he/she thought LE had enough cause for arrest.

Everyone take a moment if you haven't yet and look at this WS thread.

Murdered foster child, special needs child, live in girlfriend , leaving babies home alone,... WTF this so eerily similar, I had to literally make myself take a breath,

**please read this while sitting down because you could damage your heart if it hits the floor from a standing position

OH-Foster Parents of Marcus Fiesel, arrested

Where is 'Little Man ??? I'm bettin he'll be home soon..... the truth is spilling out everywhere now, it will be hard not to get that big piece mopped up... if Oakland LE needs some Bounty Towels , I will deliver them myself..... WE Need an F***ing Quicker Picker-Upper - right damn now PLEASE....

No kidding. Among the "comments" posted with one of the news articles online, some idiot came to the insane conclusion that there should be retribution against the people of Rockridge by West Oaklanders. If only I could remember which article...if I can find this comment I will post it.

Editing this to add, I found the comment but it's so stupid, why bother looking at it! If you want to, it's at the following link, page 4 of the comments, scroll down about 1/3 of the way down---commentor's id is "abexxx27" . Just hope there is no one else in this person's camp.

That may be the reason WHY he chose it.

Let's see...just going off the top of my head...all the sleuthing done here by Webstleuthers gave us this great information:

1. Ross was charged for 'failing to take care of an animal' - VA

Forensic Fan, just before Ross and Jennifer were arrested, found that -

2. Ross had two failed marriages in VA - we've yet to investigate that!

3. Ross was arrested for reckless driving in VA

4. Ross had at least 4 civil judgements against him by the state of MD, county in MD, and personal suits against him and company LR Consulting

5. Ross had a restraining order against him in MD

And now murder charge for an adorable special needs child that he must have somehow hoped to benefit from.

Ross is a perfect example of a psychopath who likes to break the rules. He is an unethical, uncaring, user of everyone and NEVER wrong. Where did he put Hasanni and Why did he murder him? mho

Whew - caught up now!

Thanks for grabbing the booking info, Shutterfly!

Along with the different charges and bail amounts, I also noticed JC's was filed about an hour and 45 min before LR's.

I'm thinking she definitely turned on him and they are probably holding her on this charge because she didn't come clean sooner. I'll bet they'll be lessening the charge as she talks.

So the moral to the story is, at the very least, that she got up Monday morning and went to work like nothing happened, which means she must have slept pretty good the night before also?!? That is COLD...and for a pregnant woman to be able to do that, with what is supposed to be loving, nurturing instincts in overdrive? And she loved Little Man? My butt she did. What's the deal here, she's got a piece of stone where her heart is too?

When he failed his FBI poly, that was another validation for LE.
They were on to him the day he said he left Hasanni standing behind the shoe store. As I recall, the 1st thread in this case was loaded with "his story isn't believable" comments.

(5th paragraph down in article)

snip: The latest revelations came less than 24 hours after authorities confirmed to KTVU that Ross had failed a FBI lie detector test.

I'm thinking they arrested her first because they wanted to keep her from getting home. If they arrested them both at home, it might have turned into a hostage situation, if his temper blew.

ForensicFan pulled up that info on the last thread - you can go back and get the link...this man can't do anything right can he?

And let's not forget the two traffic tickets he and Jennifer received at the same Marina, on the same day. That too is yet to be sleuthed.

I'm also wondering if Jennifer was returning from Oakland on the BART or boarding to go to Oakland when she was arrested.
