Respectfully, the DoeNetwork has it right, the Charley, not.

He is a Hispanic male. While Hispanic is an ethnicity and not a race, for the purpose of identification, it makes sense to either leave Hispanic or, if they want to be sticklers for purity, write mixed, not Caucasian or white? It won’t help the case.

Main thing: born in 1938, he’d be 48 by the time of disappearance. Not 26.
