The Tulare County Sheriff’s Office has reported a missing man who was last seen on August 1.

According to the Sheriff’s Office, Garrett Franco was last seen at the Tule River Indian Reservation. Deputies say his Jeep was located somewhere on the reservation, but he has yet to be found.

Franco is 39-year-old and is 5 foot 8 inches tall. He weighs 165 pounds and has brown hair with hazel eyes.

Those with information regarding his whereabouts are asked to contact the Tulare County Sheriff’s Office at 559-733-6218.

Body found at Tule River Reservation identified

Around 8:10 p.m. on Wednesday, Tulare County Sheriff's Office Detectives were notified by the Department of Public Safety Tule River Tribal Police Department a body was found on the Reservation.

The TCSO's Crime Lab was able to positively identify the victim as 39-year-old Garret Franco.

Ya but we still have murders running on the Rez it's sad cause the law cops they will not do anything about it there will not b a investigation on his murder cause the law don't have drive through the reservation everyday are there kids family to get to work are school so they just call it nothing so it's easier for them there's no investigation the family did more thin them it's sad cause tribal council and doing anything it's just hush hush that means it's a family member of one of theres and they now about it it's so sad cause there not worried about the community up there with murders runny up there cause it's not there 1st time and there a younger generation there going to keep mudering but the law don't care
