64-year-old Larry Hulsey was last seen around 11 this morning in 14000 Block of Avenue 313 in Visalia.
His family says he has undiagnosed Alzheimers.
He was last seen wearing a red and gray flannel, dark gray sweatpants and gray tennis shoes.
He is 6 Feet Tall, 200 lbs, with salt and pepper hair and hazel eyes.
