The Tulare County Sheriff's Office is requesting your help in finding a missing AT-RISK adult woman.
Cathleen Bauer Bender, 54, was last seen near a home in the 18700 Block of Lort Drive in the Exeter area. Cathleen left the house on foot around 9 p.m. Thursday, September 13th.
Cathleen is described as a white female adult, 5-feet, 4-inches tall, 140 pounds, with brown hair. She is possibly wearing a grey shirt, black pants with a gold design, black ankle boots and several multi-colored bracelets. She is also possibly carrying a small suitcase with clothes inside.
