Georgia Fatima Pacheco went missing in Fort Bragg, Mendocino County, CA on 1 September 1988. Her body was found on the 10th. Robert James Parker was the main POI in her case. On 21 July 1998, Parker committed suicide in Long Beach Harbor by sinking his commercial fishing vessel and going down with the ship. In 2009, using advanced DNA techniques,CA Dept of Justice Senior Criminalist Meghan Mannion-Grey managed to prove that Parks was responsible for Georgia Fatima Pacheco's death.
