3 male victims @ Trauma center - currently 1 in critical condition and 2 in fair condition. It's not clear at this time who is there - they don't have identification - multiple areas and multiple injuries including a gunshot. one is gunshot - one is not.

UCLA - 3 male victims, 2 have suffered gunshot wounds another has other wounds, 2 are fair condition and one is critical. When an event like this occurs they prepare for as many as 50 victims. They received 3 victims. Dr's don't have info on their identification - they just take of the injuries - three adult males.

unclear but generally people in fair condition after such traumatic injuries might stay one to two days. The gunshot wounds were in a variety of areas. More updates will come later.

Harbor UCLA med center announcing a 40 y/o male has died. Lots of black and white cars going by camera - multiple officers walking together in 2 lines.

KCAL is saying that the one dead is a TSA agent. One is in fair condition with gunshots, one fair due to other injuries, and one critical - saying it's a belly shot. Belly shots are very, very dangerous.

Oh man...

Best-

I'm invested in this story for multiple reasons- I'm from LA, my brother works very close to LAX, I found out a little over an hour after it happened, and last summer I flew for the first time in 12 years! I have CNN on.

Shooter is 23-year-old American citizen, LA resident. Name is Paul Ciancia.
2 others of the wounded are TSA employees according to Congresswoman Loretta Sanchez.
Shooter must be alive- she can't comment on his status- but TSA agent is the one who is dead.
Shooter not TSA employee, but targeted them.

How could this happen? California outlawed assault rifles! Didn't the shooter realize they were illegal to own in CA? :(

How did he past TSA with a loaded assault rifle?

Took the gun out of a bag right before security check point, then kept firing, made it down towards gate. They did shoot back.

Some takeoffs and landings have resumed. SouthWest planes were grounded.

ok, makes sense. I bet the next step will be to add check-points and metal detectors at every entrance after this. If the guy was anti-tsa/government his plan backfired. They'll just ramp up security not, remove TSA. oh boy.

I found someone by the same name that was formerly a TSA employee and lives in LA. Maybe he targeted the TSA officer.

That's what I think should happen- put the metal detectors at the front door, not way back in where they are now. They were prepared for terrorist bombers, not shooters.

They say he did, he was asking people if they were TSA.

Just a hunch...Was relieved of his duties and came back for revenge?

Conflicting reports he was TSA officer, now it claims he was anti-government agent.

If you found the same ones I did, they're both likely fake, IMO. Both Facebook pages I saw were created within the last hour.
